BlackRock LTPC has acquired the luxury fragrance brand House of Creed. Creed was advised by Dyens & Co.

BlackRock Long Term Private Capital has reached agreement with Mr. Olivier Creed to become the new majority shareholder in Creed, the luxury fragrance company, for an undisclosed consideration.

 

Creed was advised exclusively by Dyens & Co. in this transaction.
